In this hands-on training, participants gain in-depth knowledge about the development and dynamics of burnout. Using a scientifically validated self-test, participants can analyse their personal risk situation and learn to recognise individual stress signals at an early stage and how to counteract them in a targeted manner. In addition, they develop confidence in dealing with exhausted employees – from sensitive approaches to supportive guidance.
Participants learn
– to recognise early warning signs of burnout in themselves and their employees
– strategies for self-care and health-promoting leadership
– how to address and support employees at risk of burnout
The training combines scientific findings with practical exercises and transfer impulses.
Description of facilitator: Anna Simon is a mental health coach and consultant with a focus on executives and SMEs. She has been involved with JCI Germany since 2015 and has been an active trainer there since 2022. Her key topics are building resilience, stress management and burnout prevention. As a business psychologist, systemic coach and expert in positive psychology, she helps people to develop mental strength and deal with pressure more confidently.
