The magic of JCI Life is that we have just one year to lead for each position. So the challenge is building a successful and performing team as a leader. This training module was developed to help young leaders to know themselves, identify the team members different profiles and coach their teams through an inspiring team’s development cycle or a Heroes journey.
This module is dedicated to team members and leaders to be real performers in JCI and professional life.
Learning Objectives:
At the end of this training session, the learning partners will be able to:

-Know how to develop efficiently their teams to be a Hero

-Identify their own profile and team members as well

-Be a performer as a team member

Trainer:

Fares BEN SOUILAH is an agent of change by passion. He is a professional coach, organization consultant and international trainer certified in “Essential Skills *” with more than 15 years of experience in Tunisia and abroad. He is also a professional radio journalist.

Recognized for his different and innovative style based on playful learning through games. A citizen of the world, Fares has had the opportunity to design and conduct several training programs, Essential Skills seminars, and leadership academies in more than 20 countries on the 4 continents, including The United States, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Malta, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Senegal, Morocco, Algeria, Serbia…

He continues to inspire leaders through his motivational conferences and TEDx Talks.
Fares has already accompanied several Tunisian and multinational organizations and companies from different sectors: banking, finance, food processing, technology, pharmaceuticals, industry, etc…
He is also an active member of civil society mainly through Junior Chamber International (JCI Senator #82936) & Training mentor.
