Lego serious play workshop where we trough play try to tackle an external situation from you as a participants and how you can transform it in the desired direction

1. First part warm-up – 3-4 exercises to get ppl used to methodology and playing with Lego,
2. Second part (3 stages):

1. Build model of one of the contexts from your professional life that you want to change (workplace, company, NGO etc.)
2. Build model of the desired state in this context (considering max 18 months timeframe),
3. Build model of what you need to do in order to get from 1) to 2).
