Objective
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
– Recognize Leadership Styles in Action – Understand and apply the 4 Leadership Styles Model to guide teams through different levels of decision-making.
– Understand the importance of fostering psychological safety – Understand that the team culture, is greatly affected by the leader, and learn to build an environment where team members feel confident to speak up, take risks, and make decisions without fear of failure.
– Balance involvement – Learn when to direct, coach, support, or fully delegate to maximize team engagement and impact.
– Develop future leaders – Learn to move beyond short-term problem-solving to create independent, capable decision-makers who take ownership of their roles, this is how organizations are built!
