The Senator Brunch takes place on Café Aroma, which is a local bakery with café. The brunch consists of nice selection of what you’ll usually see in a Danish brunch – served as buffet:

• A selection of homebaked breads with butter and marmelade
• Yoghurt naturel with homemade müsli
• Øllebrød served with cream (Danish porridge made on ryebread)
• A selection of cold meat and cheese
• Scrambled eggs
• Fresh fruit
• Cake
• Coffee and juice ad libitum

You book your seat in our registration system (like everything else in the program) and pay at the café when you eat the brunch. In Denmark it is easy to pay with fx visacard so you don’t necessarily have to bring cash.
