Description

This workshop aims to strengthen the sustainability leadership capacities of JCI members across the Americas by providing practical tools to design, implement, and evaluate community projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Based on SDG Academy content and adapted to the JCI Action Framework, the training connects core sustainability concepts with real-world case studies and promotes collaboration between Local Organizations.

Objectives

• Build Awareness of Sustainability – Help participants understand the importance of sustainable development and the UNSDGs.
• Empower JCI Members – Equip participants with the tools to implement SDG projects within their communities.
• Encourage Practical Action – Guide participants in developing real, impactful sustainability projects.
• Promote Global Collaboration – Foster knowledge-sharing and teamwork across different JCI regions.
• Develop Leadership Skills – Strengthen participants’ ability to lead and advocate for sustainability.
