The official conference takes place from the 4th of june to the 7th of june 2025.
The conference takes place in the city of Herning, Denmark.
The main venue will be the MCH Congress Center, located at the very center of Herning, and yet very accessible to guests from both hotels and commuting to the location.
Headquarters will be placed at the Best Western Plus Hotel Eyde right around the corner from the main venue.
Senator Hotel is located at the Scandic Regina in Herning, just of the main shopping street of Herning.
Conference admission will transition through four different ticket prices leading up to the conference, as follows:
Flash sale: 375€ (sale ended on the 30th of June – tickets are non-refundable, and non-transferable)
Early bird: 425€ (until the 14th of February)
Standard: 495€ (until the 30th of April)
Late: 575€ (until the 1st of June

Yes, all registrations will be transferred to JVC/jci.cc.

Denmark has it’s own currency, the danish krone or DKK.
The US dollar converts approximately 1 to 7 DKK.
The European euro converts approximately 1 to 7.5 DKK.
The danish krone approximately converts into 22 japanese yen.
The most normal form of payment in denmark by far is by card, tap to pay, google pay, apple pay or in general digital payment. Most places takes cash, but there might actually be small butiques or roadside shops that are digital only. Even shops, taxis, hotels, restaurants and even between danes privately.
Denmark, like most other European countries, has 220-volt AC, 50Hz current and uses two-pin continental plugs.
June brings the onset of summer to Denmark, with temperatures ranging between 18°C (64°F) and 22°C (72°F) during the day. The country sees over 15 hours of daylight during the month. Despite being the start of summer, June sees the most precipitation, averaging 20 to 32 inches.

Århus airport (AAR) – distance from airport to Herning: approx. 125km/1h 15min by car
Aalborg Airport (AAL) – distance from airport to Herning: approx. 135km/1h 45min by car
Copenhagen airport (CPH) – distance to Herning: approx. 300 km by car (please mind toll bridge has to be crossed if you travel by car)
