Pre- and posttours:
1st-3rd of June: Pretour in Copenhagen (1st-2nd) and Odense (3rd) arranged by JCI Copenhagen and JCI Odense
3rd of June: Pretour in Aarhus arranged by JCI Arosia and JCI 8000 Aarhus

Visa application
For any questions regarding invitation letter for your visa application, please contact ec2025visaregistration@jci.dk. They will provide guidance on the application process.

The airport closest by is Billund Airport
(All participants will receive an email with information on where to write you time of arrival and how to book bus transfer provided by EC2025 to Herning)
Flight to ASPAC 10th June, 10,50AM from Billund via Frankfurt to Chinggis Kahn.
